Menswear for Female Bodies - 11/27/12

  (Right-Click/Ctrl-Click to 'Save File As')

Today's episode I had my friend Tasha on the show, who also is quite a dapper individual, and someone I can express my deep love for men's footwear and blazers with.

This is a topic that is very close to my heart, and something that I want more people to feel comfortable about and exploring. We all are ultimately looking to feel comfortable in our own skin, and our wardrobe can play a huge part in that. When I'm wearing a shirt or tie that fits me, it makes me feel like a new person. A more confident person. A person that can tackle anything. If I'm not comfortable in my clothes, I feel a lot less confident and sexy.

The hardest part about exploring dapper clothing is the judgement that you might face from store employees, other customers, or whomever. It's not easy, but the more often you do it, the more often you succeed, and the happier you can be with your wardrobe.

If you want any tips or suggestions about looking for clothes, feel free to shoot me an e-mail or comment!

Happy Obama! - 11/7/12

(Right-Click/Ctrl-Click to 'Save File As')

Although my show this week was a bit scattered, I am so pleased to share it with you. Instead of 4 years of regression and the destruction of the equality that we have been striving for, America was smart enough to elect President Obama for a second term. This means progress, hope, and to be blunt, getting shit done.

I don't have much else to say, but enjoy the episode.

Music you heard:

  1. "6PM" from Animal Crossing OST
  2. "Time Is All Around" by Regina Spektor
  3. "Change" by Podington Bear

Erotic Ghost Stories - 10/31/12

Full show
1st Story Only

OK guys. Are you ready? I've been wanting to do this show since I got back from Radiovision, and I pretty fucking excited, let me tell you what. I bought a book of erotic ghost stories called "The Big Book of Erotic Ghost Stories" at the Museum of Sex. When I showed fellow CBNer Kirsten, she basically said, "You have to read ghost erotic on Halloween on your sex show."

So I did.

Although I'm not entirely done with the book, I'm about half-way through, and I'm pleasantly surprised. Not all erotica is created equal, but a lot of these not only have plot and characters, but hella sexy scenes. As I was editing the first story, I also realized that erotica would make great radio pieces. The sounds and feelings of erotica are so hyper-aware that it calls for a bit more than just reading it (although that in itself is intensely sensual). It calls for the smells of the candles, the feeling of the sweat on your arms, and the tastes of a ghost lover's tongue. Too much for you? Maybe you don't want to listen to this episode then.
